Overview of Interim's Dual Recovery Programs

Bridge House

Bridge House is a 14-bed transitional residential treatment program designed to meet the needs of adults in recovery from both a mental illness and a substance use disorder.

The program assists clients in developing dual recovery skills, improving successful community living, and engaging in risk reduction strategies based on consumers’ individual substance reduction goals.

Staff provide individual and group psychotherapy and counseling and other activities, using the evidenced based practices of Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed Care. Staff also provide clinical mental health assessment/evaluation, rehabilitation, and mental health services.

Wellness and Recovery Academy

The Academy is a day rehabilitation program providing individual and group psychotherapy for adults in recovery from both a mental illness and substance use disorder. Staff provide assessment, group therapy, psychosocial skills building groups and collaborative treatment planning.

Keep It Real and OAS

Keep It Real and Outreach and Aftercare Services offer community-based person centered programming that emphasizes helping people stay safer and reduce risks for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders who are in recovery.

Staff provide individual and group psychotherapy and counseling and other activities, using the evidenced based practices of Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed Care. Staff also provide clinical mental health assessment/evaluation, rehabilitation, and mental health services.
