Interim, Inc. provides employment services in Monterey County, offering job readiness, vocational support, and workplace integration assistance for adults with behavioral health challenges.

SEES Program

Interim’s Supported Employment Services (SEES) program provides a wide range of opportunities for adults with mental illness who are seeking employment. Interim’s Employment Services provide vocational support, helping individuals pursue meaningful work as part of their recovery and personal goals. Employment Services are grounded in community employment support, connecting individuals with local resources and opportunities aligned with their interests and strengths. Meaningful employment can be an important part of recovery, stability, and community connection.

To help clients obtain work, SEES provides career/vocational counseling, job development and coaching to facilitate job readiness, as well support to maintain employment.

WET Program

Our Workforce Education and Training (WET) program supports mental health clients and family members who work in the public mental health system by providing specialized training and services.
