Golden Gala thank you messages are a small way Interim, Inc. recognizes the sponsors, donors, volunteers, and community members who made this celebration possible.

Our 50-year Golden Gala on October 25th was an unforgettable celebration of five decades of housing, healing, and hope. With more than 180 people in attendance, this beautiful evening was a reminder of what our community can accomplish when we come together with compassion and purpose. 

The program was led by an inspiring lineup of speakers: Executive Director Rhiyan Quiton, Monterey County Behavioral Health Director Melanie Rhodes, Monterey County Supervisor Wendy Root Askew, Interim Board Member Alan Stumpf, and of course our two client speakers who delivered moving and heartfelt stories that grounded the evening in lived experience and impact.

We are grateful to all our speakers, sponsors, in-kind donors, volunteers, and guests for making our first ever Golden Gala a night to remember. Thanks to the generosity of everyone who contributed, we raised over $54,000 throughout this event. These funds will directly support our Marina Kai Apartments project, helping us create more affordable, supportive housing for individuals living with mental illness in Monterey County.
