Interim, Inc. offers affordable supportive housing in Monterey County with stable homes and recovery-oriented support for adults living with serious mental illness.

Community Housing

Interim’s Community Housing program offers permanent, affordable supportive housing in a variety of locations for over 150 residents.

Housing options include six and eight-bedroom cooperative group residences, studios and one and two-bedroom apartments.

Supportive services include case management and mental health services.

Shelter Cove & Sandy Shores Housing

Shelter Cove in Marina provides transitional housing for 39 people.

Sandy Shores, adjacent to Shelter Cove, provides permanent, affordable housing for 28 people.

Both housing developments offer two and four-bedroom shared units for homeless adults who are living with mental illness. 

The programs offer case management and mental health services, as well as a variety of peer support groups and social activities.
