Annual Children’s TOY Drive!
Buying presents for children can be a special part of the holiday season. However, many of our clients have very few resources for gift giving. For the holidays, we purchase $25 gift cards from local stores for our clients to purchase gifts for their children or grandchildren. This will brighten the holiday season for over 100 children/grandchildren of Interim clients. You can help us purchase these gift cards by making a donation now! Each year, Interim collects small items for holiday stockings to distribute to homeless adults and other housing clients. This year, we anticipate packing approximately 275 stockings with items like flashlights, socks, fleece blankets, knit hats, snacks, toothpaste, toothbrushes and other hygiene items.
YOU can help by donating to help cover the cost of these stockings, which cost about $25 per bag! If you happen to have an abundance of these items, and would like to unload them as a holiday contribution, please consider Interim! We only use new items for the stockings. Whatever items we cannot collect through community support, we purchase through financial contributions.
