Interim is happy to report we have raised $1,180,346 in private grants and donations to complete Sun Rose Apartments, exceeding our goal of $1,163,716. We are excited to move residents in once construction is completed! Sun Rose will be completed at a total construction cost of $6,867,031. Interim has also secured an additional $3,079,510 of additional government grant funding to cover the project’s operating reserve costs. These reserves will keep tenant rents affordable for 20 years!
The opening date is being moved to May due to construction issues that have delayed project completion.
