The waiting list for housing serving very low-income persons at Rockrose Gardens Apartments in Marina, CA will reopen for applications on October 5, 2023.
A referral from Monterey County Behavioral Health (MCBH) is required to be eligible for the waiting list. Applications will be added to the waiting list using the date and time that a complete application package is received. A complete application package includes a referral from MCBH. Nine of the twenty units are reserved for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
