Interim’s Catalyst and Mariposa Apartments Waitlists Open 11/16/2023:
The waiting lists for housing serving very low-income persons at Catalyst Apartments, and Mariposa Apartments in Salinas, CA, will reopen for applications on November 16, 2023.
A referral from Monterey County Behavioral Health (MCBH) is required to be eligible for the waiting list. Applications will be added to the waiting list using the date and time that a complete application package is received. A complete application package includes
a referral from MCBH.

Interim’s Horizons Apartments Waitlist Closing 12/18/2023:
On December 18, 2023, Interim, Inc., will close the waiting list for its HUD 811 housing for disabled adults, Horizons Apartments (Dela Vina Housing), in Monterey, California.
The waiting list is being closed due to a projected wait of over 3 years for new applicants. It will remain closed until further notice.
Starting on January 3, 2017, the waiting list has been open for all potential applicants meeting the property eligibility requirements.
No applications for Horizons Apartments will be accepted after 4:00 pm on December 18, 2023.
