Delayed by the pandemic, remodeled Catalyst Apartment Units A-E are nearly ready!! All five units are ADA accessible! Thank you to the Community Foundation of Monterey County, the Harden Foundation, the Berkshire Foundation and our other funding partners for making this possible. Exterior painting and roofing will be finished in the next week and residents will be able to move back in.
