Sandy Shores : Permanent Housing for Homeless Adults
Sandy Shores provides permanent affordable supported housing for 28 homeless adults with psychiatric disabilities.
Occupancy is limited to homeless adults with a serious mental illness who need a high level of support to be successful in independent housing. |

Located in Marina, next door to the Shelter Cove program, the housing is provided in two and four bedroom units. Support services, mental health and case management services are available for all residents. Sandy Shores offers a higher level of supportive services than Community Housing. Sandy Shores provides permanent supportive affordable housing with a strong community element.
