"Our Voices & Our Friends" Social Support Groups provide self-help groups, social and recreational opportunities to mental health clients residing in Monterey County.
These groups help combat the loneliness and isolation so often experienced by mental health clients living in the community, and provide a space where clients can offer each other support and companionship.
