Workforce Education & Training

The Workforce Education and Training Program (WET), funded under the California Mental Health Services Act, supports consumers and family members who are working in the public mental health system or who are interested in working in the public mental health system. Services include support groups and training for consumers working in the mental system and training for supervisors and other staff who are working with consumers and family members as co-workers on areas such as ethics and boundaries. Workshops on mental health wellness and recovery principles are provided County-wide for clients, family members, and employers.
