Community Housing: Affordable Supported Permanent Housing
The Community Housing Program offers safe, affordable housing for adults with psychiatric disabilities who are ready to live independently in the community.
Housing is offered in six cooperative group houses where 35 residents have private bedrooms and share common living areas, and in 73 studio, one and two bedroom apartments. The length of stay is unlimited.
The objective of this program is to provide the permanent supported affordable housing for approximately 130 clients per year. |

Support services and case management are available for all residents. Services include assessment, development of individual treatment plans, linkage and referral to other services, assistance with daily living skills, crisis intervention and counseling.
In 2006 Interim added the Lupine Gardens facility in Salinas, which provides higher level of support for those clients that require it.
