Sunflower Gardens Application for Housing

Interim Inc. is seeking applicants for Sunflower Gardens located at 29 Sun Street, Salinas, CA. This affordable, supportive housing will serve very-low-income, homeless adults with major psychiatric disabilities.
Housing will be available for 23 single adults:
- 13 studio units
- Two 4-bedroom shared units
- Two transitional studio units with a maximum stay of 24 months
Beginning 12/14/09, blank applications may be obtained above, or in person between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at:
- Interim Centre, 604 Pearl Street, Monterey, CA
- MCHOME, 220 12th Street, Marina, CA
- Lupine Gardens, 306 Soledad St, Salinas, CA
Completed applications may be mailed to: Interim, Inc., at P.O. Box 3222, Monterey, CA 93942, marked Attention: Sunflower Gardens. Applications received by mail on or before January 13, 2010, will be treated as if they had arrived on January 13, 2010.
On January 13, 2010 ONLY, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., applications may be delivered in person to the addresses listed above.
After January 13, 2010, applications must be mailed to Interim Inc. at P.O. Box 3222, Monterey, CA 93942, Attention Sunflower Gardens, or delivered in person to 604 Pearl Street, Monterey, or MCHOME, at 220 12th Street, Marina, during normal business hours. Applications will not be accepted at Lupine Gardens after January 13, 2010.
